The opening credits feature a vampire infected Izabella Miko showering blood off her body. Her upper body and breasts are shown for several seconds. Later she's unconscious as Brendan Fehr strips her looking for a vampire bite. In just her panties she's then placed in a bath and Kerr Smith holds her mouth closed keeping her quiet while Fehr deals with the nosey motel owner. There's plenty to see throughout of the Coyote Ugly star.
